Generally resale value of car depends upon condition and kms done. Check that. Commission can be negotiated.

This is acceptable price so you can buy blindly since 2% commission is not much if you compare to other country sales commission.

However you can carry on you dears friendly to make a good negotiation. You may invite him or her a nightout then ask him or her to reduce the price further.Most of country is doing this way to do. As you know after dine out at night at that day they can give more promise. l was doing like this way. 75% l can sucess.

A new car Swift Vxi would cost you Rs. 4,20,000/-, which is just 40k difference after paying the commission.

If l would be you, l would go for a new car instead of a pre-owned car.

This is not an outlandish price but l think you may find a better deal.
