The car should be economical and give good milage. Will be happy if it can accomodate 5 persons ( V R only 2 at present ) and it should be comfortable for long distance driving as l am a tall person. R-wagon boasts of being a 5 seater but only yesterday 3 ladies sitting in the back seats sat with great difficulty......The Alto ad says it gives 17.6 km per litre ... Is it true? How about the new Zen- Estila... No mention is made of the milage it gives, but l am told it is around 14 km/ ltr. For a retired person a good economical car counts very much.... Please help with ur suggestions.

About mileage when l was in India l own a Maruti 800 which used to give me 22 mlies on Highway & 18 miles solid in Hyderabad is dirty roads. Do not get away by those catchy advts by multinatinal companies.

l am using alto. It really gives 17kmpl in city and l have obtained 20kmpl on delhi-agra or delhi-jaipur highway. Its good car. less mentanance and easy to handle.
