what should be the life of battery?

usually around 5 years is the life of any good battery and id stay with one that is a main brand and that will be easy to get replaced if necessary cheaper battery is often give problems and are not worth the trouble ,good luck l hope this help,s.

A local brand would be ok, l would not purchase the cheapest though. l would go middle of the way price. l expect four good years from my battery. After that if they test low l replace them. Everyone knows that cold days are bad for batteries, but a lot of people do not know that hot days are just as stressful for a battery.
