How l will get good condition Maruti ZEN and what could the approximate price?

If you mean a new car, you are out of luck - Maruti does not make cars with factory fitted CNG, and only WagonR comes with factory fitted LPG - not CNG.
You can, ofcourse get a CNG fitted into any car - should cost between 15 to 25K, but there will be a 4% surcharge on Insurance. So, think twice.
