l am learnign driving now...last two days l was learning in maruthi alto ..i did not feel good at turning but today l my instructor teach me with maruthi800..l feel better in turning the car...Is there anyhting difference or l am feeling that s it is easy...

since the wheel base & turning radius is different, you will feel tht 800 is easy. But u should look at which car u r going to own. its always good to learn in a car even the steering is hard, since it will groom you to handle any situation. Alto comes with an option of power assisted steering where u will have absolutely no effort to strain. 800 is very simple & dont come with power steering. All the best for your motoring future!

The difference is probably like the difference between ''Tweedledum and Tweeledee''.

Alto may be a power steering one, so may not give you proper feed back from the road. hence you may have felt uncomfortable.

In ALto it is difficult to judge that where the car is front is going due to its shape as compared to the 800 .
Gear shift is also difficult in ALto .Manytimes it is difficult to apply the reverse gear in Alto .In 800 the gears are quite simple and and it is a easy to drive car .
